New hire incentive available up to $8,000 for those who qualify. This is a full-time position (60 hours per pay period) with a 10-hour varied night shift and requires flexibility in scheduling throughout the week, including every third weekend, holidays, and participation in on-call rotation with staff. The following are not eligible for hiring incentives: Internal candidates, rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago, new graduates (must have 1 year of Radiologic Tech experience). In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met: Must remain in original hired FTE status and shift (if specified in offer letter), must remain in original department/specialty, must remain in original job title. Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required qualifications: CRT Fluoro eligible (must obtain Fluoro within 6 months of hire date), BLS from the American Heart Association, completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology, excellent interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications: ARRT C-arm experience, portables experience, imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
