We're looking for compassionate Clinical Nurse II professionals who are dedicated to providing thoughtful, respectful care to individuals and their families. In this role, you'll offer attentive monitoring, carry out care plans with sensitivity, administer medications with precision, and communicate clearly and with empathy. You'll help create a supportive and empowering environment that prioritizes the well-being of patients and their loved onesoften using your clinical judgment with confidence and autonomy, all within trusted care guidelines.

Offer holistic and patient-centered nursing care, focusing on the unique needs of individuals and their families with a positive and respectful approach that aligns with the hospital's values. Emphasize support, clear education, and collaborative decision-making to foster a positive care experience.

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver patient-focused services and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure to practice in California
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• RN experience in Emergency Department
• Satisfactory completion of a Pharmacology test with a minimum score of 80%
• BLS certification required and maintained
• ACLS certification - required within 1 year of employment and maintained
• PALS certification - required within 1 year of employment and maintained
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
• Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with patients, families, and coworkers
• Ability to provide leadership aligned with hospital goals, policies, and mission
