Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: In addition to selling cloud‑based HR solutions, strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate Daily: Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. Required Qualifications Proven Winner : Demonstrated track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory. Positive Self‑Starter : Upbeat, persistent style with the ability to cold call, manage time, and present ideas in a clear professional manner. Confidently Fearless : Embrace opportunities, take risks, and challenge the status quo. Entrepreneurial Spirit : Natural leader, resourceful, thrives under pressure, and bounces back quickly. Trusted Advisor : Builds relationships, lives integrity, and delivers on promises. Education or Experience: A college degree is great but not required. Relevant experience may include: Two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside business‑to‑business sales experience. Three or more years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales. Military experience, including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a "never lose" mentality. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Compensation range: $43,300.00 - $93,900.00 per year.
