PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

Pick all beer and spirits orders, both internal and external. Load and unload delivery truck, verifying counts with respective departments. Drive delivery truck between properties to transport items, adhering strictly to all traffic laws and established delivery procedures. Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and minimize travel time. Perform Purchase Order (P.O.) reconciliation, including submission to the Purchasing Coordinator. Facilitate delivery of raw materials to production lines. Facilitate movement of finished product to warehouses. Warehouse Operations Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for internal and external distribution Maintain organized inventory and storage areas Assist with loading and unloading shipments, including raw materials and finished goods Transportation & Logistics Transport products, barrels, and supplies between the Three Oaks facility and Valparaiso location as needed Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining product integrity Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs General Support Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces Collaborate with production, warehouse, and restaurant teams to support operational needs The above list of essential job functions describes the general nature and level of work being performed in this job. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of heavy items (50+ lbs) Standing, walking, and manual labor for extended periods Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse/distillery environments

REQUIRED WORK HABITS:

Full-time position; schedule may vary based on production and delivery needs Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must have a valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

WORKING CONDITIONS:
