Key Qualifications:

• Valid New Hampshire occupational therapist license (required)
• Experience working in school-based settings is highly valued
• Familiarity with providing services across a range of ages (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and students
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Flexibility, creativity, and organization in managing caseloads and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to identify students needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in classroom and pull-out settings
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to development of IEPs
• Communicate student progress and recommendations effectively to parents and staff
• Provide training for staff to support student independence and participation
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports as required by school and state guidelines
