Learning Experience Manager

Design, develop, and manage engaging learning solutions across online, blended, and instructor-led formats Build and maintain digital learning content for technical, functional, and professional capability development Own the learner experience for assigned programs Partner with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and define objectives Manage course creation, updates, assignments, and deployment within Workday Learning Evaluate and continuously improve training content using stakeholder feedback, learner insights, and evolving business needs Apply modern instructional methods, digital tools, and interactive learning approaches Lead end-to-end coordination of training programs and events throughout the year Manage training rosters, enrollment tracking, attendance coordination, and program records Coordinate communications with managers, participants, trainers, and facilitators Coordinate training logistics, including space reservations, room setup, materials, catering, and on-site assistance Maintain program calendars, timelines, and logistics plansResolve operational issues while maintaining a professional, learner-focused experience Partner with the Talent Development Leader to advance learning priorities Collaborate with HR, business leaders, facilitators, vendors, and subject matter experts Provide coordination and project leadership across multiple simultaneous programs Recommend process improvements and contribute to reporting, program metrics, and feedback collection Requirements Experience in instructional design, training coordination, talent development, learning operations, or program management Experience developing and managing digital learning content and coordinating instructor-led training programs Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization Ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with stakeholders in a matrixed environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality learner and stakeholder experience Ability to travel overnight up to 10% of the time Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, human resources, business, organizational development, or a related field Preferred: Experience serving technical, field-based, or operational businesses such as Energy Services, Controls, HVAC, or related industries Preferred: Experience with e-learning authoring tools, digital content platforms, or multimedia learning design Preferred: Knowledge of adult learning principles, learner engagement strategies, and instructional design best practices Preferred: Experience coordinating enterprise or business-unit training programs with multiple stakeholders and moving parts Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in instructional design and training coordination, with a strong focus on developing engaging digital learning content and managing comprehensive training programs.
