Entry Level HRIS Analyst

Job Overview Schneider is seeking an Entry level HRIS Analyst in Green Bay to support a broad spectrum of Human Resources Information processes, integrations and technologies. The Entry level HRIS Analyst will serve as a technical point of contact for customers using HR data and assist with supporting processes, continuous improvement, reporting, auditing and training needs. Responsibilities Maintain, audit, and provide analysis of HR personnel and work structure data across all internal HRIS systems. Perform application upgrades and provide technical support for the HRIS applications. Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management. Conduct statistical analysis and interpretation of HR data as required. Provide solutions for process improvements and coaching to end users on HR system issues. Assist in the development and facilitation of training materials. Maintain documentation for work instructions and process flows. Manage the shared HRIS email inbox, provide support for HCM issues and elevate issues as needed. Skills and Qualifications Associate’s degree in information systems, HR management or business administration. Minimum of 2 years of IT, computer science or human resources systems experience. Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Taleo, OTBI, OBIEE is preferred. Strong understanding of HR processes. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Working knowledge of SQL is a plus. Able to gather and interpret data. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Effective project management skills. Pay and Benefits Medical, dental and vision insurance.
