Luxor Staffing is hiring Production Operators starting at $17 per hour. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up, adjust, and operate presses and other production equipment.
• Assist with the construction, maintenance, repair, and adjustment of tools, dies, molds, and fixtures.
• Perform quality control inspections and testing to ensure products meet company specifications and standards.
• Identify defects, production issues, or equipment problems and report them promptly.
• Inspect incoming materials and outgoing finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, label, stage, and prepare products for shipment.
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and organize inventory.
• Complete production, inspection, shipping, and receiving documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures, production standards, and quality requirements.
• Work closely with supervisors and other team members to meet production goals.
• Perform other manufacturing and warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, tool and die, quality control, or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, measurements, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
