Senior Accounting SupportPosition Summary: Contingent is needed to provide support for day-to-day senior accounting activities specifically related to TMIS. Objective for this role is to support ongoing accounting and reporting on a monthly basis. They will interact with team members within the Accounting & Tax department, along with other business partners in the Analytics and Product teams.Daily Responsibilities:Complete monthly JVs for all three insurance companiesPrepare monthly reconciliationsReconcile financial information provided by various sources in support of monthly JVsPrepare and support monthly variance reports and various other internal reportsAssist in completing various special projects as requested by managementPerform necessary testing to support new product rolloutsPrepare schedules supporting the year-end audit and tax reportingRequirements:Must Haves:CPA requiredBig 4 or public accounting experience required3 – 5+ years of experience in accountingBachelor's DegreeComfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic, and changing environmentStrong communicatorCritical thinkerSelf-motivatedTeam playerOrganizedAbility to multi-taskDetail orientedPositive attitudeStrong Excel userStrong MS Office skillsPreferred/ Nice-to-haves:PeopleSoft experienceHFM experience
