Operations Manager in Training: Service Excellence

CarMax Business Services

CarMax is seeking an Operations Manager in Training to lead the Service Operations department across assigned locations. You will learn end-to-end production processes, manage inventory, and participate in the Senior Management Development Program. You will collaborate with Sales, Business Office, and Purchasing to deliver an exceptional customer and associate experience while driving operational excellence.
