Our ideal applicant is highly motivated to set and achieve sales goals, thriving on a commission-driven environment, and a desire to build a career in the skincare industry.ResponsibilitiesManaging all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retentionMeeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthlyConsulting customers in a professional, upbeat mannerProactively building loyalty and long term relationships with customersIncreasing customer traffic through local store marketingMaintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accountsMaintaining a clean and organized salonCash handling, opening/closing businessDaily administrative paperwork, and goal trackingQualificationsHigh school diploma, or equivalentCustomer service experienceTwo or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceReliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekendsFriendly competitive drive to meet sales goalsProven customer service experiencePolished professional appearanceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and organizationAbility to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per dayWe offer Store Management positions a benefits package that includes paid time off, product discounts, and free tanning services.
