POSITION SUMMARY
Provides leadership and management for a team that consistently delivers the Landmark National Bank promise that Everyone starts as a customer and leaves as a friend. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the mortgage closing function. Holds team accountable for service and performance standards, and provides necessary supervision, training, coaching and development to support team and bank success.
QUALIFICATIONS YOU POSSESS
- High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience in mortgage lending closing functions
- Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong detail orientation skills with ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and ability to use prorietary software.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the process of preparing the closing package for a mortgage loan.
- Ensure closings are accurate and occur in a timely manner Approves escrow holdback agreements, POA's and Marital waivers
- Manages the CMLP inbox to ensure the work is distributed among the department
- Supervise, train, and coach closing staff through the use of the Quarterly Job Progress Template.
- Manage own professional improvement through the utilization of the Quarterly Job Progress Plan.
- Responsible for performance counseling, including making and recommending disciplinary action decisions.
- Utilize prescribed hiring process to select team members.
- Engage in and initiate Landmark National Bank Culture initiatives and team success activities, Huddles and Hoopla events.
- Ensure the One Note system remains current
- Ensure timely responses to internal and external audit requests
- Oversee training as it pertains to CMLP Closing Department
- Performs other projects as assigned.
- Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures.

- The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
$20.15 - $21.15 per hour
