Job Description
Join Our Dynamic Healthcare Team! Job Description:
- Exciting opportunity for skilled nursing professionals!
- Work shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 36 hours scheduled and 24 hours guaranteed.
- Embrace a regional contract where you'll float to support various Patient Care Units (PCU) and Medical/Surgical (M/S) units as needed.
- Care for diverse patient populations, including cardiac, medical, ortho, and neuro.
- Proficiently read and monitor telemetry strips.
- Every other weekend and holiday as per unit rotation ensures variety in your schedule.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
- Navy scrubs required; CO CAPS necessary.
- Flexibility in locations, shifts, and departments will expedite your placement.
- Candidates should be prepared to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later.
- RTO (Request Time Off) cannot exceed 7 days and is not permitted during the first week of assignment.
- Ideal candidates will have:
- Minimum of 24 months PCU experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months.
- Active AHA, ARC, or ASHI life support certifications.
- No hits on the state license to practice.
- Candidate driver's license to verify residency.
- Travel experience is highly preferred. Submission Requirements:
- Complete Banner Cover Page.
- Resume detailing all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds.
- Completed PCU skills checklist within the last 12 months.
- Active license to practice verified within the last 30 days.
- Active certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS from approved vendors.
