LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute facility. The LPN will provide hands-on clinical care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and accurately document in the EHR. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll support assessments, implement care plans, and educate residents and families. In our faith-based, mission-driven culture, you’ll practice servant leadership, uphold dignity and safety, and engage in continuous learning and quality improvement to positively impact residents’ lives every day.
