Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Previous experience or strong interest working with pediatric and school-aged clients
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with school and district policies
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute to student support plans
• Offer training and resources to staff and families to help generalize speech-language interventions
