Prior RN experience in a skilled nursing facility is required. Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work ensures our residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Avantara Aurora by administering medications and nursing care as directed by individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, serving as a team leader, and advocating for residents. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail ensure residents are comfortable and safe.
