Marketing Assistant — Help Bring Campaigns to Life Great marketing combines fresh ideas with thoughtful planning and consistent execution. We're looking for a Marketing Assistant in San Diego, CA to support promotional campaigns, coordinate marketing materials, and help the team deliver projects that connect with customers and strengthen brand awareness. This role is suited to someone who enjoys communicating with people, organizing projects, and contributing creative ideas. You'll work alongside the marketing team on a variety of activities, helping keep campaigns on schedule while gaining practical experience across marketing, promotions, and customer engagement. The Role Assist with coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Prepare and organize marketing materials, presentations, and supporting documents. Research customer interests, competitors, and relevant market trends. Help maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing materials. Support the planning of promotional events and campaign activities. Update marketing records, contact lists, and project information. Coordinate with internal teams to keep marketing tasks on schedule. Help track campaign progress and compile basic performance reports. Assist with email, social media, and other marketing communications where required. Follow up on outstanding tasks and help ensure deadlines are met. What You'll Need Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. An interest in marketing, promotions, branding, or customer engagement. Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and standard office software. Ability to manage several tasks and work toward deadlines. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes. Previous experience in marketing, administration, sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but training will be provided on internal systems and procedures.
