AI SaaS Sales Operations Support Partnerships Recruiter Recruiting Talent Revenue Growth Strategy This position involves building the initial GTM recruiting strategy from the ground up. You will be responsible for full-cycle hiring for teams that directly contribute to revenue, including Growth, Data Acquisition, Account Executives, and Engagement Managers. This role requires a deep understanding of Mercor's product and how to translate revenue goals into effective hiring plans. Key facts Location: Mercor HQ, 181 Fremont Street Engagement: FullTime Team: Operations What you'll do Manage the entire recruiting process for Mercor's GTM organization, covering Sales, Partnerships/BD, and Growth, with occasional assistance for other business functions. Evaluate candidates based on key GTM requirements like quota achievement, deal ownership, territory knowledge, and consultative sales skills. Develop candidate pipelines through creative outbound methods, talent intelligence, and Mercor's own product features such as structured screens and automated work samples. Guide hiring managers and interviewers on effective structured interviewing, leveling, and decision-making for revenue-generating roles. Implement and refine hiring systems, monitoring and optimizing funnel metrics for various roles and segments. Prioritize speed and quality in the hiring process, ensuring quick decisions, rapid offer delivery, and a positive candidate experience in a competitive market. Represent Mercor externally, acting as a brand ambassador to attract top GTM talent. Contribute to dashboard creation, metrics tracking, and process automation using Hex and other recruiting platforms. Requirements Experience in full-cycle recruiting specifically for GTM roles, including Account Executives, Data Acquisition, Growth, and GTM Associates. Knowledge of what defines a strong GTM hire, including market research, account prospecting, deal cycle dynamics, territory management, and different sales approaches. Demonstrated ability to establish and scale hiring systems, identify key metrics, and make decisions based on data. A driven, results-oriented approach, essential for Mercor's rapid growth and the direct impact of GTM hiring on revenue. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with GTM leadership, Account Leads, and internal partners. Confidence in representing the Mercor brand to top GTM candidates in a competitive talent landscape. Familiarity with Ashby or the capacity to quickly learn new tools and systems. Nice to have Recruiting experience within AI, SaaS, or enterprise software companies. Background as a founding recruiter or early-stage startup contributor. An interest in the human data and AGI sectors. Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring demands, potentially supporting Operations, Strategy, or other business functions.
