Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and making data-driven decisions.
• A valid driving license

Benefits:

• Salary - starting at $90,000.00 per annum
• $3,000 sign-on bonus.
• Annual performance bonus ranging from $10,000 to $25,000.
• Monthly performance bonus of up to $500 for achieving targeted billable hours.
• Hourly bonus of up to $60 per hour based on exceeding billable hour targets.
