We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in Norwell, MA . This is your chance to take on a leadership role, drive results, and help shape an exceptional guest experience every single day.

Job Qualifications

2+ years of experience in high-volume restaurant management
A genuine passion for developing and mentoring people
Proven track record of achieving strong financial results
High degree of honesty, integrity, and a guest-oriented philosophy
Open availability, including nights and weekends
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities

As the Assistant Manager in Weymouth, MA , you will:

Ensure the restaurant consistently delivers the highest standards of service
Inspire and guide the team to provide outstanding guest experiences in every interaction
Support the recruitment, scheduling, training, and development of team members
Mentor staff with precision and care to build a cohesive, high-performing team
Independently address and resolve conflicts as they arise in the restaurant
Dedicate the majority of your time to hands-on managerial leadership
Partner with the Restaurant Manager to drive sales and overall business performance
