Responsibilities Under general supervision by the Assistant of Patrol, the CSO investigates incoming calls for police services of a non-emergency nature: responds to calls regarding traffic accidents, traffic complaints, property damage, public service duties, stranded motorists, or other problem situations; provides assistance during major emergencies or natural disasters as needed. Writes reports, assists with Fleet maintenance, orders equipment and schedules patrol vehicles for routine maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned.
