Account Coordinator – Logistics & Transportation
Lehi, UT | Full-Time | In-Person
Looking for a career in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or account management in Lehi, Utah? Ardent is hiring an Account Coordinator to join our growing third-party logistics (3PL) team.
As an Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in freight operations, shipment coordination, and customer service . You’ll manage shipments from pickup through delivery, communicate with customers and carriers, solve transportation issues, and support our sales and operations teams.

Compensation- $50,000 annual base salary + commission

As an Account Coordinator, you will:
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments
- Coordinate transportation and shipment logistics
- Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Resolve freight, scheduling, and transportation issues quickly
- Provide a high level of customer service and account support
- Enter, update, and manage shipments within a Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Maintain accurate shipment and customer information
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams
- Help ensure a positive experience for customers and transportation partners
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to communicate professionally over the phone and by email
- Comfort working in a high-energy, performance-driven environment
- Interest in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight brokerage, account management, customer service, or operations
Experience in logistics or transportation is helpful, but not required . Our in-house training program will teach you the skills and systems needed to succeed.
