Overview

Are you an early riser looking to jumpstart your day with energy, coffee, and a great team? Join Dunkin’ and help us open our doors bright and early! We are seeking dedicated and reliable Team Members who are available to begin shifts as early as 4:00 AM to help prep the store for our 5:00 AM opening .

This position is perfect for those who thrive in the morning hours and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties
Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude
Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM)
Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders

Required Availability

Must be available to work as early as 4:00 AM for opening shifts
Evening availability until 11:00 PM is a plus
Weekends and holidays may be required

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
Previous food service or QSR experience is helpful, but not required
