Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler & Driver 

Location: Livermore, CA
Pay Range: $23-$25/hour
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am -5:30pm
Full time, Temporary contract, Onsite

We are actively seeking a  Warehouse Material Handler & Driver  to join a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution operation. In this hands-on role, you will support inventory control, material handling, shipping and receiving, and warehouse logistics while transporting materials between Livermore and San Jose warehouse locations. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse while following established safety procedures.
• Prepare material kits and stage inventory to support production schedules and operational needs.
• Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate data within inventory management and MRP systems.
• Fulfill material requests and distribute inventory to internal departments and external customers.
• Drive between the Livermore and San Jose warehouse locations to transport materials, products, and inventory transfers safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine loading, securing, and unloading of materials during inter-warehouse deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock locations, and material movement to support inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with inventory audits, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Generate inventory reports and review stock information to support warehouse planning and decision-making.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safety-focused warehouse and stockroom environments.
• Support shipping, receiving, material handling, and other cross-functional warehouse activities as needed.
• Assist team members with inventory-related questions and help resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse, stockroom, inventory control, material handling, or logistics experience.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to travel regularly between Livermore and San Jose warehouse locations.
• Experience safely operating warehouse equipment and handling materials in a warehouse environment.
• Working knowledge of MRP systems and inventory management principles.
• Experience using computer systems for inventory transactions, recordkeeping, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices and material control procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
