Salary: $70,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven web programming experience
- Strong programming abilities and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML and CSS
- In-depth knowledge of MySQL, jQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with progressive web apps, Git, and third-party API integrations, especially payment processors; familiarity with additional frameworks is a plus
- Understanding of web application security, session management, and sound development practices
- In-depth knowledge of relational databases, object-oriented programming, and web application development
- Basic knowledge of search engine optimization
- Creative problem-solving and strong diagnostic skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn a range of web technologies and techniques
- Write well-designed, efficient, testable code using established software development practices
- Build website layouts and user interfaces with standard HTML and CSS
- Integrate data from back-end services and databases
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Maintain, expand, and scale software applications
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends and apply relevant developments to our work
- Collaborate with web designers to deliver on visual design goals
- Test websites for cross-browser usability and accessibility, and conduct website reviews
- Define and refine software specifications from concept through completion
- Develop programming and user interface elements and resolve technical issues
