MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer located in Milwaukee, WI. Our client is a Global Asset Management and Investment Management firm looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. We are seeking a QA Engineer professional to support the design, development, execution, and maintenance of automated testing solutions across marketing platforms, websites, CRM platforms, and related digital applications. This role will partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA professionals to ensure enterprise-quality software releases and scalable automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end test suites.
• Build and enhance Selenium/Cucumber-based automation frameworks.
• Validate functionality across CMS-based websites, Salesforce platforms, and related integrations.
• Execute manual testing when required and transition repeatable test cases into automation.
• Develop automated testing for customer journeys, personalization, reporting, and business workflows.
• Validate data integrity, conversion funnels, analytics tracking, and business reporting.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, defect triage, and release validation activities.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Produce automation reporting, test evidence, and defect documentation.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve testing processes and overall software quality.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA and Test Automation experience.
• Experience implementing automated test frameworks using Selenium and Cucumber.
• Experience testing websites and web applications.
• Experience testing Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Experience with API testing and data validation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and test automation best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Adobe Analytics experience.
• Experience with personalization, A/B testing, and web experimentation.
• Experience supporting regulated financial services websites and applications.
