BlueSky Resource Solutions is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter – Finance & Accounting to help expand one of our fastest-growing practice areas. This is a true full-desk recruiting opportunity for someone who enjoys both business development and recruiting. You'll build meaningful client partnerships, identify exceptional finance and accounting professionals, and play a key role in growing our national practice. What You’ll Do Develop new client relationships through consultative business development Grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities Recruit and place top Finance & Accounting professionals Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through placement Conduct candidate sourcing, interviewing, qualification, and offer negotiations Build and maintain a strong pipeline of accounting and finance professionals Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs Negotiate contracts, fees, and employment offers Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals Maintain accurate CRM and ATS records Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation, and market intelligence Typical Positions You’ll Recruit Corporate Controller Accounting Manager Finance Manager FP&A Manager Cost Accountant Senior Accountant Staff Accountant Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Payroll Tax & Audit Professionals What We’re Looking For 3+ years of agency staffing experience in Finance & Accounting recruiting Proven success developing new business and managing client relationships Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle Strong sourcing and networking abilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Competitive, self‑motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously Why BlueSky?
