The Associate CRC is an integral part of the team providing administrative support, calendar management, and supporting Clinical Research Coordinators for clerical assigned tasks in according with SOPs and ICH-GCP.This role is with Accellacare, part of ICON's clinical research network, where you'll play a key role in transforming the clinical trial experience for patients and sponsors alike. Our global site network is designed with one goal in mind: to deliver better access, greater efficiency, and improved outcomes in clinical research.Location: Full-Time Onsite at Accellacare Duly Health & Care (Primary Site: 430 Warrenville Rd Lisle, IL 60532 but will travel to sites in Lombard, Winfield, and Oak Lawn, IL)Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends or holidays)What you will be doing:Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of the clinical research siteEnsuring patient notes are ready for the following day's scheduleComplete training on Clinical Trial Management System and maintain skills to update the database, complete participant reimbursement, capture referral source of participants, and create call lists to promote recruitmentEnsure all study visits are scheduled appropriately and within visit windows determined by individual protocolsResponsible for reception, answering calls, and placing appointment reminder calls to patientsEnsuring the site is a welcoming environment for patients and that patients are treated with dignity and privacySupporting the Site Manager with services coordination such as vendor management, purchasing, and supply managementResponsible for processing patient payments and site related invoicesAssisting the Clinical Research Coordinators with documentation and data entry/queriesMay assist with laboratory duties such as performing quality assurance review, restocking of supplies, and processing of specimensAssisting the Clinical Research Coordinators or other staff members with creating and copying patient files for study closeout proceduresTravel to multiple Duly Health & Care sites within the Accellacare networkYour Profile:6+ months of administrative or clerical experienceExperience in a healthcare setting (preferred)Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with study participants and colleaguesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new software applications as neededAssociates DegreeICON offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and career development.Benefits may include:Competitive base salary and performance related incentivesHealth and wellbeing programmes including medical, dental, and vision coverage where applicableRetirement and pension plansLife assurance and disability coverageEmployee assistance programmes and wellbeing resourcesLearning and development opportunities through structured training and career pathwaysBenefits may vary depending on role and location.ICON is an equal opportunity employer.
