Contract Details
- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 3 months
- Pay Rate: $35.00–$40.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: Day (5x8 Hours), 8:00–16:30
- Travel Requirements: Must have prior travel experience to be submitted

Job Summary
This is a travel/contract LVN/LPN position in an Ambulatory Care specialty at a hospital-based clinic that covers outpatient services and inpatient consults. The position is a Day shift (5x8 Hours), 8:00–16:30, with no weekend requirement. Travelers who have worked in the UMMH system within the last 12 months are preferred.
Required Skills
- Epic charting experience (preferred)
Education Requirements
- MA LPN license required
- BLS certification required
Required Experience
- 2 years of experience required
- Must have prior travel experience to be submitted
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Hospital-based clinic covering outpatient services and inpatient consults
- No weekends required
- Flu vaccination required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed)
- COVID-19 vaccination: Not required

- Must be able to start 7/8. No exceptions.
- Pending compliance will be accepted.
