Principal Service Designer & Researcher Smyrna Area, Atlanta, GA (5 days onsite) 4+mont contract (full medical, dental, vision benefits offered) Are you passionate about shaping innovative service experiences that make a real impact? We are seeking a Principal Service Designer and Researcher to lead the design and delivery of exceptional customer‑centric solutions. Required Skills: Strong understanding of Service Design/UX methods, process improvement principles and research workflows Proven ability to lead complex design projects from inception to implementation Comfortable with complex service mapping / diagramming service flows across multiple tools Strong facilitation skills and ability to synthesize group needs to define strategy / action planning to inform rapid experimentation, educational content and governance needs Proficiency with service design tools and software, includingJourneyTrack, TheyDo, Pendo, PlaybookUX, etc. Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field 7+ years of experience in service design or a similar role, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70 to $76 per hour (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
