Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform tasks ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of community areas. The role covers make-ready processes, preventative maintenance, and daily upkeep across indoor and outdoor spaces. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in property maintenance, and EPA certifications.
