Key Responsibilities Local to the Tulsa area is ideal but not required Available for in-person meetings when requested (up to twice per week, only applicable to Tulsa local applicants) Availability for communication via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30a - 5p CT) Regular creation of content across various digital platforms using diverse writing styles and tools Ability to revise and update existing content based on evolving project needs Meet predetermined deadlines consistently Self-motivation and accountability Willingness to seek and offer help within the team Ongoing development of relevant writing and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail Regular communication with clients and internal team members Effective team collaboration Adherence to internal processes, creative direction, budgets and timelines Quick adaptation to specific project styles and requirements Required Qualifications Proven experience with creative writing, content creation and editing Comfortable using common digital content tools and platforms A portfolio that includes personal and professional writing samples Ability to follow instructions closely and adapt writing style to fit brand voice and guidelines A portfolio of professional writing examples Ideal Candidate Experience Experience working with pre-existing content Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies Understanding of CMS platforms like Sanity and WordPress a plus for website content creation Experience in writing for various online formats and platforms a plus Understanding of what UX writing is and its effectiveness Experience with social media content creation and management Capability to lead content strategy sessions or workshops Comfortable presenting in front of clients and fellow team members What to expect during the application process After reviewing your application and writing samples, we may invite you for an informal interview to understand your background and experiences better.
