We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week contract position in Tuba City, Arizona. The SLP will provide comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, voice, feeding, and swallowing evaluation and treatment services for inpatient and outpatient populations ranging from pediatric through geriatric patients.

This position requires strong clinical experience with diverse patient populations and collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) candidates are not accepted for this position.

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, feeding, and swallowing disorders.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals, clinical evaluations, and patient needs.

• Perform swallowing evaluations and specialized procedures including VFSS/MBS, FEES, and pediatric feeding evaluations as needed.

• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress, follow-up, and discharge information accurately and timely.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation professionals, social workers, patients, and families to coordinate care and provide education.

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Required.

• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Required.

• Active Speech-Language Pathology License Required.

• Current BLS/BCLS Certification Required.

• Minimum 3 Years of Speech-Language Pathologist Experience Required; ability to treat pediatric through geriatric populations and provide required holiday coverage.

The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide comprehensive, patient-centered therapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings.
