Restaurant Front of House Manager
Country Cajun | St. Gabriel, LA

Country Cajun is looking for an experienced, hands on Front of House Manager to lead the front of house operation of our new quick service restaurant in St. Gabriel.

This position will be responsible for building and leading the FOH team, maintaining excellent customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring the restaurant is properly staffed and prepared for a successful opening.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily front of house restaurant operations
• Recruit, interview, train, and coach FOH team members
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage
• Oversee cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Maintain fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
• Manage front counter, drive through, dining room, takeout, and order handoff operations
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Coordinate closely with the BOH team and restaurant leadership
• Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues
• Develop and coach FOH Leads and future managers
• Help establish opening and closing procedures and operating standards

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong front of house leadership experience
• Experience hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead in a fast paced restaurant environment
• Strong organization and problem solving skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Quick service or fast casual restaurant experience preferred

Pay: $47,000 to $57,000 per year
