Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Pay Rate: $34 - $36 / hour

Job Responsibilities

· Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple entities and locations by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and related financial reporting activities

· Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger through account analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and the resolution of discrepancies

· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting projects to support overall departmental goals

· Provide support during audits by gathering documentation, preparing schedules, and responding to information requests

· Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

· Prepare financial and payroll-related reports while assisting with ad hoc analyses as requested by management

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting

· Experience with Paylocity and QuickBooks Desktop

· Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)

· Exposure within the healthcare industry
