- Practice Manager IIAlbany, GALocation:Phoebe North Campus### Practice Manager II**Location:** Albany, GA**Job ID:** 34645## Job SummaryResponsible for the management of up to three providers.## Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field Required* Associate's Degree and 4 years experience in an office practice environment at a supervisory level Required## Work Experience* 1 or more years working in a medical practice environment with at least one year's experience at a supervisory level Required* 1 or more years of insurance and reimbursement, CPT codes, ICD codes, and Medicare/Medicaid compliance procedures Preferred## Licenses and Certifications## Essential Functions* Demonstrate the ability to function in an administrative role.* Develop and manage departmental budget.* Seek ways to increase revenue while decreasing expenses.* Demonstrate the ability to communicate financial data to physicians, director, and (or) senior staff.* Demonstrate an overall understanding of financial data.* Demonstrate the ability to oversee the day-to-day operations of department.* Demonstrate the ability to hold department accountable for overall performance.## COMMUNICATION* Demonstrate the ability to communicate in a professional manner.* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.* Communicate effectively with patients, staff and physicians.* Hold staff members accountable for communicating professionally.* Act as a resource person within the department regarding communication skills.
