Qualifications & Experience:

• Active School Psychologist license in Texas is required
• Experience working in educational settings or with school-aged children preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and counseling
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Flexibility in managing varying caseload sizes and student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational evaluations of students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal regulations
