We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Data Architect to join our team in the NY/NJ area. The ideal candidate will excel in overseeing enterprise-level data architecture, data flows, and integration strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of data management practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to design robust data solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and implement scalable data models and solutions to support business needs.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools for data management and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and propose solutions.
• Define data standards and best practices to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Lead data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
• Optimize data integration and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Data Architect or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing principles.
• Proficiency in data management tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional) a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, finance, or insurance sectors is advantageous.
