Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

MLR Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in Illinois. In this essential role, you will help patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities, making a lasting impact on their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each patient's needs.
Provide therapy in diverse settings, including clinics, schools, and home health environments.
Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress.
Educate patients and families on effective communication strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid Illinois licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Experience in clinical or educational settings is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
