Key Responsibilities Build rapport and support communication development Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) Use ABA techniques such as prompting, reinforcement, and modeling Track and document progress and session data Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members Maintain accurate and timely session notes Qualifications Background in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, OT, or related field preferred RBT certification (preferred but not required) Experience working with children, especially ages 3–12 Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and responsive Compassionate, engaging, and patient Apply Today Join a growing team of ABA professionals and make a meaningful impact in a child’s life.
