Nesco Resource is currently sourcing for Quality Assurance Coordinators for an Automotive Finishing Facility in Sterling Heights. Shift: B Crew - 6:45pm-4:45am, Tuesday through Friday (overtime based upon production needs). Overtime up to 11.5-hour shift. Pay rate: 17.91 per hour.

The position of Quality Assurance Coordinator is to verify the quality process to ensure a world class quality product is being installed on customer vehicles. Responsible for ensuring compliance with work instructions, travelers and other documentation as required. Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment while maintaining compliance with all environmental, health & safety policies and procedures, current attendance program and disciplinary action program.

Job tasks include but are not limited to:

• Complete QA check-sheets, first off, and critical vehicle inspection points
• Quality inspect incoming and finished products
• Conduct audits to ensure all work in process is properly tagged in accordance with procedures and instructions
• Tag any non-conforming product and separated from production area

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License required
• 3+ years of Automotive Manufacturing preferably in a quality role
• Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent is preferred
