Responsibilities
Build strong client relationships and identify insurance needs
Learn proven sales strategies, prospecting, retention, and business development
Work toward measurable sales and performance goals
Participate in professional training and leadership development
Build the skills and experience needed to advance into leadership and agency ownership
You won't be expected to figure it out alone. You'll receive structured training, coaching, and support designed to help you develop both as a sales professional and future business leader.
Training includes sales development, insurance product knowledge, business development, leadership skills, and preparation for industry independence.
Requirements
- Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented professionals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Individuals who enjoy sales and measurable performance
- Leadership potential and a desire to grow
- Coachable individuals who respond well to feedback
- Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to obtain and maintain required insurance licenses
