X-Ray Technologist

Role: Perform diagnostic radiology procedures, assist with patient care, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities: Greet patients, communicate wait times, assist with patient transfers, obtain vital signs and medical history, prepare patients for radiologic procedures, operate diagnostic equipment, develop films, and maintain equipment functionality. Ensure proper radiation safety, follow documentation procedures, and assist providers during procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent BLS certification AR State X-Ray License ARRT certification preferred experience as a Medical Assistant preferred Skills: Knowledge of anatomy and physiology, patient communication, equipment operation, radiation safety, and documentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Information: Full-time roles involve rotating shifts, including weekends; PRN roles are scheduled as needed.
