Responsibilities:

\n
• Direct contact for Customer Quality and Customer Satisfaction
\n
• P06 activities for new projects. PPCR-IPA-CPA-IPH-CPH
\n
• Customer claims management
\n
• NQC control and management
\n
• Product & Process Changes
\n
• Quality Routines for consolidated quality level
\n
• Quality System: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Quality requirements.
\n

What we are looking for:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Systems or related field
\n
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Quality function
\n
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
\n
• Professional and effective communication and representation skills.
\n
• Ability to sit, stand and have mobility to move around the office or manufacturing environment, when needed.
\n
• Ability to conduct extended computer work and lead discussions with employees.
\n
• Visits to customer facilities and plants may require extended standing and walking.
\n
• Ability to lift, move and manipulate parts required.
\n
• May require travel
\n

Work Environment:

• Office and Manufacturing Environment
\n
• Often exposed to distracting sounds and noisy conditions
\n
• Personal protective equipment is required
\n
• Works closely with others, perhaps within a foot of another person
\n
• Exposure to hot or cold temperatures
\n
• Work is indoor in a manufacturing setting that may not be temperature controlled.
\n
• Exposure to hazardous equipment on a daily basis
\n

• Are sometimes exposed to contaminants.

• Are sometimes exposed to contaminants.

• Must be able to match the pace of work to the speed of equipment

• May frequent manufacturing plants and must follow all rules while visiting locations.
