Our team is looking for a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Dentist (35 years of experience preferred) who is passionate about providing exceptional care while building lasting relationships with patients and families.

• Dedicated OR access two days per week (Monday & Tuesday, one day per provider)
• Support team consisting of 5 RDAs (4 Expanded Function Dental Assistants) and 1 Hygienist
• Four-day work week

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric dental care for patients from infancy through adolescence, including those with special health needs.
• Utilize hospital privileges and/or OR access as appropriate.
• Maintain a fun, engaging, and educational environment for children and families.
• Participate in community outreach and school-based programs.

Ideal Candidate

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency.
• Board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Dentist preferred.
• 35 years of clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
• Interested in long-term career growth, mentorship, and future ownership opportunities.
• Energetic, personable, and community-minded.
