About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and relationship building to presenting tailored insurance solutions and closing new business.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through every stage of their insurance journey. Your ability to communicate effectively, understand client needs, and provide exceptional service will be instrumental to your success.

What You'll Do

Prospecting & Client Outreach

• Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through various communication channels.

Needs Assessment & Client Education

• Conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings to understand clients' insurance needs and financial goals.

• Educate clients on available insurance products and services.

Full-Cycle Sales Management

• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through policy enrollment and closing.

• Handle objections professionally and confidently.

• Guide clients through the decision-making process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Ensure all opportunities are managed effectively throughout the sales cycle.

Pipeline Management & Organization

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities within the CRM system.

Relationship Building & Client Success

Compensation & Benefits
