This is an onsite role based out of the Tysons Corner office location.Responsibilities:Provide directions to Digital Desk staff in the troubleshooting, configuration, distribution and implementation of PC and MAC laptops/desktopsOffer senior level troubleshooting and service and for any dispatched troubleshooting ticketsWork with peers within other functional groups or areas to ensure consistency and ‘best practices' are executedLiaise with peers of other groups in IT to ensure delivery of most effective support and servicesAct as a leader on projects and operational activities to ensure processes are documented, implemented and monitoredWork with other technology groups to define business problems and/or opportunities and identify alternatives to apply information systems and technology solutions; ensure service delivery adherence to established service level agreements, through proactive monitoring and ongoing trend analysisAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum five years of recent technical expertise in many areas of networking, for example, LAN, WAN, servers, routers, hubs, gateways, video and voiceBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is requiredHigh analytical ability to manage multiple technologies and complex projects; experience working with vendor teams and contractorsStrong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plansStrong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamworkApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
