Responsibilities The Senior Safety Manager supports specific client and project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety. Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance Conduct daily safety meetings Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations Daily safety audits and inspections Oversee all subcontractors and contractors Oversee Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation Qualifications Minimum 10 years direct construction safety experience required Must hold CSP or CIH certification Experience managing safety teams Owners Representative experience preferred Degree in a safety related field CHST or CSP destination preferred Expertknowledge ofconstruction safety standards Experience developing a Corporate Healthand Safety Plan Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion,sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
