This position is based in Ridgeland, MS but our company operates nationally, particularly in large regional malls.

As the Marketing Coordinator- Northpark , you will serve as the sole marketing leader for the property, driving digital marketing, event planning, community engagement, and local leasing support.

To succeed, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing, retail, or event-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook and Instagram campaigns, audience targeting, retargeting strategies, and campaign performance analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally collaborate with internal teams, tenants, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret marketing trends, evaluate campaign performance, and support data-driven marketing decisions; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.

Your responsibilities as the Marketing Coordinator- Northpark will include:

·         Execute integrated marketing strategies and digital campaigns, including social media advertising, content creation, influencer partnerships, and retargeting initiatives to drive traffic, brand awareness, and tenant sales.

·         Plan, coordinate, and manage seasonal events, community engagement programs, public relations efforts, and promotional activities while ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.

·         Develop and maintain marketing collateral, signage, visual displays, advertising materials, and digital content, including photography, videography, copywriting, and production oversight.

·         Foster strong relationships with tenants, vendors, media partners, and community stakeholders to support center programming, increase participation, and enhance localized marketing efforts.

·         Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports and presentations, analyze sales and market trends, and oversee daily center operations when serving as Manager on Duty (MOD).
