What You'll Do
- Deliver a high level of customer service by guiding claimants through the process with professionalism and empathy
- Investigate claims thoroughly to determine coverage and appropriate payment
- Manage claim files proactively, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation
- Establish and maintain appropriate reserves
- Follow department guidelines and audit standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to build your expertise
What You Bring
- 02 years of experience (claims, customer service, or related experience is a plus)
- Comfort working with technology and learning new systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- A genuine focus on delivering great customer experiences
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred

The hourly wage range for this position is $24.00-$28.00. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
